In the name of Allah the One, the Supreme, the Judge, the Dominator over all, Best of deciders, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved best foremost supporters in different regions in rural areas and cities, so whoever his country that he lives in or alienated in it if the decision makers announced confirmation of sighting crescent of Ramadan perjury and falsely after sunset of Thursday night of Friday let the supporters fast (only) who are in a country that announced the perjury and false first day of fast according to conscience of the decision makers in that country. Witnesses of perjury and falsehood their fate is hell-fire and the head of them is Abdullah Al-Khudairi companion of Hautat Sudair observatory, so often he misguided himself and his nation and he bears sins of people in his conscience by his claim that Allah provided him with vision of hawk where he sees stars at peak of mid-day! O Abdullah, but you have entered in era of major overtakings, although I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, I bear witness to Allah a true most sure testimony that crescent of Ramadan which began the fore-beginning if its month after sunset of Wednesday which is night of Thursday but it was in state of overtaking; in a sense that the crescent was born before sun meets with the moon, then the sun met with it while it’s newly crescent, and according to my knowledge about computation of phases of crescent’s setting that you would never see crescent of Ramadan after sunset on Thursday - night of Friday (its actual) date is Ramadan the second only with CCD camera before sunset while it is in state of overtaking.

What a wonder! O community of foreigners and Arabs (most astonishing)! Do you enter the fore-beginning of the (lunar) month after sunset? Or before sunset fraudulently and falsely! In any case, isn’t Allah the Best of deciders who knows that the sun overtook the moon as a ratification cosmic sign for Allah’s khalifa Al-Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, by permission of my Lord Allah the One, the supreme?
Accordingly, I announce the first day of full-moon for this year 1441 of yours with all dignity pride that it is on evening of Wednesday - night of Thursday, and the Awaited Mahdi will leave the moon’s face argue with you with permission of Allah the One, the supreme, an another sign and successive signs

Perhaps one of the questioners among the Muslims in various regions of the worlds would like to say: “O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, you’re strange! How can it be that you know the sure knowledge as your Lord taught you about the overtaking sign as warning to humans that the month of Ramadan for-beginning for this year of yours 1441 is evening of Wednesday - night of Thursday, so why didn’t you fast on Thursday?”. Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to him and I say: That is only a hidden ratification sign you would know it on day of your fasting on first day of month of Ramadan, so you would see crescent of the month swollen to the fact of its old age because it was born before pairing then the sun met with it while it’s a (newly) crescent, yet it will become full-moon on evening of Wednesday - night of Thursday — surprise of the complete full-moon, and will set at the time of shade by the tame of Eqama (for Fajr) dawn prayer on Thursday, and whenever you move westward from Yemen thus the full-moon will set-down late at time of shade till sunrise in the (opposite) end of the world. Indeed, judgement is for Allah Best of deciders, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

Imam Mahdi will fast according to the announcement of Rescue Government (based) on their conscience, as that the entire supporters in various regions, each fast according to announcement of the country in which he lives according to their conscience, I ask Allah to accept his fasting his rise (for night prayers), I repeat and say: Indeed, that night of month of Ramadan’s fore-beginning enters on evening of Wednesday - night of Thursday, and this night of Friday its date Second of Ramadan while Saturday is third of Ramadan. You shall know that from the swelling of crescents so it would be said for two nights or three, indeed, if you believe Allah and His messenger that swelling of crescents is from conditions of the Hour, so it would be said on the day of its emergence to the fasting ones in general — (over cities) contained (in between) mountains or in the open (plains) — on first day at the time of breaking their fast — it would be said: “Two nights or three” (about age of the crescent). Indeed, the entire fasting ones are witnesses to that. O our Allah decide between us and the arrogant ones among the worlds with justice and You are Best of deciders. And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
